Our complaints procedure is available on-line, is easy to use and confidential. In the event of a complaint, please email complaints@xaar.com, where your email will be passed to the Managing Director for analysis. He will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint. He will keep you, the customer, informed throughout the process. Making A Purchase Just browse our website, and click on the 'Add To Shopping

where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy

Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged at cost, as accurately as we
can, with current Royal Mail Prices. A standard charge of 99 Pence is
added to every order to cover the cost of packaging materials and the
time it takes to prepare your order. 4% of the Shipping Cost is also added
to the 0.99 GBP Handling Charge to offset credit card fees on postage.
All goods are despatched in plain tamper-resistant packaging to preserve
your privacy. You don't want your loved ones to know where your sweety
supplies etc. are hidden! Please Note: Parcelforce delivery is slower
than 1st or 2nd Class Mail within the U.K.
Domestic DHL shipping will carry up to 10kg of Volumetric weight for a flat fee, which will be displayed when you shop. This is an excellent rate for what is a fully trackable service. We recommend the use of this service.Next day services must be ordered before 2pm for same day despatch, apart from Friday, when orders must be placed by 1.30pm for same day despatch. Goods ordered on a Friday using Royal Mails 'Special Delivery 1pm' and 'pre 9am' services are not Guaranteed delivery until the Monday. This service is not available on Saturday or Sunday. Compensation, up to the value of the postage, less any VAT, may be payable if your item is delayed, at the discretion of Royal Mail.
There is NO despatch or delivery on Public Holidays.
Please give a working e-mail address, as we may need to contact you and your receipt is e-mailed to you promptly. We only send out orders with 'no email address' in exceptional circumstances. Hotmail style addresses are often unreliable so do give us your main e-mail address. Also, AOL addresses are unreliable if you have your Spam control features in full effect. You can change this in your preferences. We positively, do not send ANY Junk Mail. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away, if possible. Orders placed before 2pm are despatched that day Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri. Orders must be placed by 1.30pm on a Wednesday for same day despatch. We will normally send your order to you within two business days . We do endevour to despatch your order as soon as possible, However, please allow up to seven working days for some items. Should such a delay be expected, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. International orders, allow 7 - 14 days.
Any disputes, legal or otherwise, involving Xaar-Cigarette Ltd, relating
to the use of this site, any of it's services, or products shall fall
under the duristiction of the UK Courts. The Law of UK applies in all
circumstances and you accept this by using our service. We are a UK Registered

total liability for any claim, however it arises, shall not exceed the
price of the goods supplied to the customer and any postage costs incurred.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.
You will always be emailed to inform you of this and you will have the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Non E.U. orders do not incurr VAT, however, you are responsible for any Tax or Duty which may apply in your Country / State upon arrival of the goods. For the USA only: U.S. customs, in London, have advised us that goods (excluding delivery charges) upto the value of $100 will not be assesed for any tax or duty when they arrive in the United States.

Returns Policy & CANCELLATION RIGHTS WITHIN EEC
You may return the goods within 7 days. You have the right to cancel your order (a 'cooling off period') within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day you receive the goods. The goods must be unused and in good condition, with all packaging.
Under the EEC Directive on distance selling, incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are required to provide written notice of cancellation within 7 working days. This can be by email to enquiries@xaar.com or a letter posted to our address as listed in the 'Reaching Us' Section. Goods do not have to be returned within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether goods have been returned at this stage. If goods have not been returned, where requested by Xaar-cigarette-paper Ltd, Xaar-cigarette-paper Ltd is entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting goods from you and deduct this from the refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.The initial shipping & handling charge plus the postage costs for returning goods, are to be paid by the customer. This will be deducted from your refund.
Remittance Terms The minimum Sales value is 5GBP or 9.5USD before Shipping and Handling charges.
